Our tour starts from the benagil beach, a well known beach from one of the southest points of the Algarve. Please meet 10 minutes before your tour at our office. If not you can not join us on the tour.

The meeting point will be halfway down to the Benagil Beach at our office.

After parking walk down direction beach on the main road.
Halfway down to the beach there will be a small road to the right.

If you are unable to arrive on time you can not take part of the tour and there will be no refund.

You can bring a light raincoat if the weather is cloudy or you have cold as sometimes it is very windy. Your legs will always get a bit wet.

There is a bus connection from Lagoa and other cities to Benagil, and for that you should check the schedules at evabus.pt. There is also a train that goes until Estombar, which is the closest train station to Benagil. After that, for you to reach the beach, we can arranje a shutle service for an extra cost. You can send us a request by mail or call us.

The tour lasts about two hours, so you can enjoy all the caves that you wish to visit. Sunset and Sunrise tours 1,5hours.

Maximum weight is 100kg. If you are over these weight the kayak is not stable.

We can always try to arrange a tour with everybody together, please book in advance or send us a request by email.

Minimum age is 4 years old but always in the same kayak with the parents or relatives. As for the elder people it´s totally fine to join us on the tour, the guides will pay special attention to them, helping whenever it´s needed.

You will always get wet, at least from the waist down.

Yes, we always go to the Algar of Benagil and stay at about 10 minutes on the kayak inside. That way you can enjoy and of course take some photos.

To join us on the tour, you should at least have some proactivity. But before the tour, our guides explain how to handle the kayak and how to safely enter the caves.

When you join us on a tour, you will be able to see all the caves between Benagil and the Marinha´s beach. Finally, when we get to the famous algar of benagil, we will enter the small beach inside, get out of the kayak, and spend there some quality time. So there´s plenty of time to enjoy the cave and of course, take some beautiful pictures.

No, during the hole way we kayak, so you have to paddle. Which not means that it´s difficult or hard, because this isn´t a race but a chilled tour to see the caves.

Yes, we´ll also provide waterproof bags, so during our way to the caves, one person paddles and the other takes the photos. This way you can change inbetween so one of you can rest during some time and just enjoy the landscape.

Normally we only go inside and stay for a few minutes, then exit the cave, so you won´t exit the kayak.

As we only have two hours to visit the caves, there won´t be any time for snorkeling, but as sometimes the weather is too hot, while the guides are explaining the landscape details, you can always escape for breef seconds from the kayak and take a quick dive.

First of all, we´ll give you a life jacket and as our staff have lifeguard skills, it´s fine and safe that you don´t know how to swim.

When we go out on the ocean with you, most of the times we make sure that two guides come along. So to prevent certain situations like someone getting seasick. If that happens, one of the guides will take care of you, and the other will move on with the rest of the people.

Our tours are not suitable for pregnant women.

For clothes, shoes or things that you don´t want to get wet you can leave at our office. We provide water resistent bags for wallets, mobiles and Cameras but please leave as much as possible at home or in your car.

Yes, before going on the tour we make sure that you´re properly equipped. We´ll give you washed and desinfected equipment, such as paddles, lifejackets and of course a double or a single kayak.

If you wish to take a camera or cellphones, we provide a water resistent dry bag of ten or twenty liter. We are not responsible for lost phones or cameras.

We have both single and double kayaks, you will go on a single or a double kayak depending of the number of people in your group. So if the number is pair, you´ll probably go on a double kayak, but if someone has to go alone, then you´ll take a single kayak.

For this tour you don´t need much. You should only take a water bootle to keep yourself hidrated during the tour, cellphones or cameras, and of course a good energy to enjoy this tour with us.

The price for this tour is thirty five euros per person.

When joining us, we´ll provide you all the equipment you need, and two guides will go with you, showing and explaining everything you need to know about the coastal area of benagil.

We´ll give you a discount depending on how many people you bring with you.

Yes, if the tour is cancelled by us, you will get a full refund, altough we will always try to manage another day for you to join us.

If we see that the conditions are to rough, we will cancel the tour. Your safety is always our priority.

If you´re not 30min before the tour stars at the meeting point you can not take part of the tour and there will be no refund.

If you contact us 72 hours before the tour starts we can reschedule free of charge or give you a full refund.

Yes, normally even during the winter we have available tours that you can join. Altough the tour schedules will change slightly.

As a kayak company with experience on the field, and with guides that fully know the area and caves of benagil, we can provide you the best tours around. Our competente guides will teach you how to kayak, and introduce you to places that you wouldn´t even dare to enter.

Currently, our guides speak Portuguese,English, Spanish and German. If you only speak one of these languages please contact us so we provide you with the guide that speaks your language.

As a rule, we do not accept pregnant women. Please contact us so that we can assess the situation. To be part of the tour will depend on the forecast, months of gestation and experience with kayaks.

We, as a green, pro enviromental company, support the idea of not poluting our ocean with motor oil and gas. So, with our friendly environmental kayaks, you can feel like you are one with nature, that means, you feel every wave, you can touch the rocks and move throw the beatiful pitoresque landscape, at your own pace.
In contrast to the boats, we can make it deep into misterious grottos with our kayaks and enter beaches, which includes the beach inside the Benagil cave. You´ll feel the sand underneath your feet, you can touch the pre historical fossils with your own hands, and breath the nice ocean air which circulates in the cave, this all will connect you to the surrounding enviornment.

In face to this situation, we have some security measures to follow. Everybody will wear a mask from the ckeck-in till we´re in the ocean, obeying to the safety distance and we´ll provide desinfected equipment. No need of Covid Certificate or test.
